But as for me, it is good to be near God. I have made the Sovereign LORD my refuge; I will tell of all your deeds.

When you are genuinely seeking God and looking for His nearness, one way that the Lord is near you is the answer that break our hearts, because God is close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).

Just like when the wicked seemingly are prosperous while the righteous in Christ are having more difficulties in life. We need to see the eternal condition of life. We should trust Him in all circumstances… the best may come out from brokenness.

When we know the One who knows everything and can solve every problem (Isaiah 55:8–9), we run to Him and make our refuge in Him. Like all others who put their trust on the Lord, we devote ourselves into prayer, rely on God, and experience His goodness.

When we know for sure our God, the truth and the love of God, His promises and the assurance of salvation. You can’t hold your feeling not to share this tremendous new life in Christ. With the love of God (Romans 5:8), and the wonderful plan of His salvation (John 3:16; 1 John 3:8), you want to let the whole world know about this good news (Matthew 28:19–20).

Today, take refuge in the Lord! As God is close to the brokenhearted, know that you are in His arms and protected… Get to know Him and be still for He is God. Live according to the scripture…and He will guide you.
